Refund policy

We Do Not Accept Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit. 

If we do not meet your expectations 100% that is not a problem. You have 7 days with proof of the damage and returned item for a full store credit or exchange.  

To be eligible for a full store credit, your item must be unused (. . {smoke, pet, perfume, colognes, etc.}, same packaging and in the same condition that you received it and photo proof of any damage to products received. 

We also do NOT accept nor store on any returns on any products that are intimate.

Additional non-returnable or refundable items:
- Gift cards
- Intimate garments (Bras, Panties, and Lingerie)

To complete your full store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting our Customer Services Department via email CustomerService@PlusleticsApparel.com.


Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your full store credit.


If you are approved, then your full store credit will be processed, and a credit will to your account our store within a 7 days.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be a full store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at CustomerService@PlusleticsApparel.com and send your item to: Fitness Chick Enterprises, Inc. , 418 Briargrove Dr, 70458, United States.

Waist Cincher, Trainer & Trimmer for wrong sizing exchange, there is restocking fee of $20 and we send your a pre-paid shipping label. Once the items has been shipped back and examined that is undamaged, unused, and free of order. We will start the exchange process if there is an increase in price if the item is sized up the customer is responsible for the difference. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Fitness Chick Enterprises, Inc., 418 Briargrove Dr, Slidell LA 70458, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
