Shipping policy

After payment has cleared your order will be shipped per the following policy: 

We ship within 48 to 72 business hours (excluding all Federal Holidays) for orders and payments received. With the exception of the following: Cups, Mugs, Sports Bras,  T-Shirts, Long Sleeve Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Waist Trainer/Trimmer. These items are fulfilled by Printful or our vendor.  You will receive updates your order until fulfillment and shipment is complete. On all orders you will be given tracking information and status via email (you can opt-in for text messages) until your designation. YOU!

Items are delivered between 2 - 6 days.  With the exception of the following: Cups, Mugs, T-Shirts, Long Sleeve Shirts, Sweatshirts, and Hoodies are fulfilled by Printful, and any Plusletics™ Apparel  Third Party Fulfillment. Due to third party is 4 - 15 business days.

Any Pre-order will be shipped within 3 - 4 business days after they are received in Fitness Chick Enterprises, Inc Headquarters.  

Any  Plusletics® Apparel Third Party Fulfillment will be shipped within 48 to 72 business hours (excluding all Federal Holidays) for order and payment is received.  You will receive updates your order until fulfillment and shipment is complete.  Due to third party is 4 - 15 business days.

You have 7 days to report any damage item for a full store credit. We do not accept any returns.  If we do not meet your expectations 100% not a problem email our Customer Service Team via email at CustomerService@PlusleticsApparel.com. Thank you!
